Kathryn Tarantino, Managing Director

As a managing director for Career Advisor Services (CAS), Kathryn Tarantino provides individual clients with career counseling and assessments, and corporate clients with leadership development and strategic services.

In addition to working with CAS clients, Tarantino is co-founder of Genesis Group, DBE certified, one of the premier strategic business consultancies in the Midwest. As such, she works with corporate clients in the areas of leadership development, labor relations and the Genesis Group's signature work in organizational analysis, operational and strategic plan design. Genesis has a reputation for helping organizations significantly reduce management and associate turnover — therefore reducing the significant costs associated with high turnover. Tarantino provides CAS clients with proven leadership and development talent; she is known to create remarkable successes.

Connecting with clients
With CAS, Tarantino serves as executive coach and development specialist. She works with clients to define goals and help create immediately applicable, personalized action plans to help clients attain identified goals. Tarantino is fully qualified to conduct, analyze and recommend from a variety of performance and personality indicators (including but not limited to Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Career Anchors, 360 processes, Individual Development Plans). Kelly Persichetti, Research Director/Co-Founder

Tailored research
As a co-founding member of CAS, Persichetti helps clients align their search strategy to specific marketplace needs — saving time and enhancing results. Once client goals and strengths are benchmarked; Persichetti develops, in essence, an individualized research engine for each client. This client-specific research uses both extensive conventional and non-conventional research functions to thoroughly define and capture market-specific information. Her research strategies have helped hundreds of clients to identify and initiate contact with a wide range of prospective employers.

An entrepreneur herself, Persichetti established The Persichetti Group more than 10 years ago. Her firm is a nationally recognized retained-search firm specializing in Internet research and search techniques.

Bill Coleman, Managing Partner/Co-Founder

After more than a decade of experience as regional executive with other, large-scale search firms, Bill Coleman established Coleman Search Consulting. Coleman has taken that venture to a nationally recognized recruiting firm — one working with a wide range of entities from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial start ups.

In 2010, Coleman established Career Advisor Services (CAS) because he saw a strong need to develop individualized tools and a specialized structure to help transitioning executive clients define career goals, determine next steps and assist with placement. CAS provides personalized, fee-based career counseling for executives — those who are transitioning to new organizations, new roles, or those who are reviewing options and skills sets in anticipation of change.

Academic credentials, real-world application
Coleman's combination of education and experience make him ideally suited to help others in counseling and recruitment. He has earned two graduate degrees from Xavier University. Master of Business Administration (marketing) and Master of Education (counseling). Coleman has an impressive reputation for expertise within the industrial and business sectors — sectors known to drive the economy. His client roster for both Coleman Search Consulting and CAS includes the technology, consumer products, manufacturing, chemical pharmaceutical, Aerospace, industrial supplies and distribution sectors.
